My son got into an accident. Paul arranged transit of the car to his site because roadworthiness was an issue, and dealt with the repairs as soon as delivery of parts allowed. He was most flexible with excess payments as my son had incurred the full trifecta of excesses ( young, male,P-plates) we could not have been back on the road so well or so quickly without the great team at Preferred....
